Cancellation Policy
💰Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & transfers towards the service fee.
🗒 Consultation fee will be WAIVED upon booking your skincare appointment.
🍯 Waxing services
For safety and contamination reasons, please refrain from booking any Brazilian services during or expected menstrual cycle.
🪬 I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.
❌ No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service. If the payment is unable to go through and I am not able to collect the fee, you will be BANNED from booking, until the balance is paid.
❌ No extra guest or children at appointments please, as it may disrupt your soulful experience ✨.
❌ Please no outside food or drinks (water bottles are okay). The salon/spa provides beverages and snacks you’re welcome to help yourself to ☺️.
❌ No same-day appointments. Please book your appointment at least 24 hours before the date, to ensure enough time to prepare for your appointment.
⏰ If you know you will be running late, please contact us! We understand things come up and appreciate open communication. $5 will be added to your service, every 5 mins you are late. Anything after 10 mins, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service via card on file.
🪬 Please communicate if you think you will have to reschedule within 48 hours of the service to avoid any fees.
- Rescheduled appointments are limited to ONE. If you have to reschedule a second time from the same appointment, you have to schedule a NEW appointment and pay the deposit.
